2)c) Corded appliances are stored in a low cupboard in the kitchen (to the right of the sink) that is not secured to prevent child access. The cords are accessible to children. 2)c) There are a couple USB cords for the phone and a bluetooth speaker on the kitchen counter where they are accessible to children. 2)d) There is another low cupboard in the kitchen (to the left of the sink) that has a gallon-size plastic bag (with plastic utensils) and another plastic bag (with cups in it) accessible to children. There was another plastic bag (with small paper cups in it) accessible to children in the rack at the end of the kitchen island. That bag was removed during the visit. 3)a) There was a box of plastic wrap with a sharp cutting edge accessible to children in one of the low cabinets in the kitchen island. 5)a) The electrical outlet on the back of the house was accessible to children as the cover was open and the outlet is not tamper-resistant. The cover can be opened by a child, so it will need to be secured as well.
